How to sign in
In order to participate, the first thing you have to do is to complete the online registration form. Enter your email address, set a password and accept the terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email. Once registration is complete, you will be able to access the list of auctions.

View and organise auctions
When you see a machine you are interested in, you can add it to your watchlist. The selected machines will appear at the top of your list, making it easier for you to bid on them.
On each product page you will find photos, video and information about the machine, as well as the current bid value and the time remaining until the end of the auction. You can also see where the machine is located in case you want to see it in person before the auction. We have branches all over the country so you can find machines near you.
Payment of a deposit
In order to be able to actively participate in the auction process, a deposit is required. The amount is 1.000€. To pay the deposit, click on "Checkout", fill in all the required fields, choose the payment method, accept the terms and conditions of the website and place the order.
Remember! It is only a reservation, the full amount of the security deposit shall be returned at the end of the auction. if you are not a winner or deducted from the final amount if you are the highest bidder in an auction in which you have participated.
You can access the payment of the deposit from any auction file.
What kind of bids are there?
There are 2 bidding modes in our auctions: direct bidding and maximum bidding.
Direct bidding
In direct bidding, each time you click on the button you will place a bid at the indicated value. An indicator will appear on the page if you are the highest bidder and if your bid is exceeded, this will be indicated. You will receive an email for each update on the auctions you are participating in.
Auctions have a minimum reserve price, i.e. a hidden minimum value that must be reached for the item to be sold. Even if you are the highest bidder, if your bid does not reach this minimum price, the lot will not be awarded and the auction will be declared void.
Set maximum bid
If you already know how much you are willing to pay, you can set a maximum bid. This will cause the system to raise any other bids to the next highest bid automatically, up to the value you have set as your maximum bid. If this figure is exceeded you will be informed and you can increase the value of the maximum bid if you wish.
If your maximum bid is higher than the minimum reserve price, the minimum reserve price will be automatically matched. to guarantee you the award of the lot.
Starting price and minimum reservation
Each machine has a starting price. The starting price is the amount of the first bid from which the auction starts. On the other hand, there is the minimum reserve price, which is the minimum price at which the machine will be sold.. The amount of the minimum reserve price is not public and is the amount that Maquinza considers the minimum to be able to sell the machine. If this price is not reached, the auction of the machine will be cancelled. In any case, during the auction, the bidders will know if this minimum reserve price has been reached or not.
Last minutes
If you are participating in more than one auction, you can view and manage them both in the product page and in the general list.
Please note that when an auction is about to end, each new bid will add 30 seconds additional time, up to a maximum of 2 minutes, to give all users the opportunity to respond.
At the end of the auction
At the end of the auction you will be notified if you are the winner. If you are not a winner, we will refund your deposit. If, on the other hand, you are the highest bidder, you will receive a notification and you will be able to check it in the section of your account in the auctions won section. There you will see the final price from which the deposit will be deducted.
Remember that if the auction ends and the minimum reserve price has not been reached, the lot will not be awarded and the auction will be declared void.
In the following days you will receive a proforma invoice to buy your machine. Once payment has been made, you can come and pick up your machine or ask us to arrange transport.

About the deposit What is it, how much is it, when is it returned?
The deposit is an amount of €1,000 that is charged in advance to gain access to the auctions. This guarantees the security of the bids and their effectiveness, avoiding cases of fraudulent bidding or fraudulent users. This amount is refunded within 7 days if you do not win an auction or if you do not bid. On the other hand, if you win the auction, the amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the machine.
*Please note that transfer payments can take up to 48 hours to be reflected.
Can I see the machines before I bid on them?
Yes, it is possible to visit the machines during the week before the auctions. To do so, please contact our sales team to arrange a visit. Remember that each machine has a specific location that you can consult in its file.
How do I place a bid?
In order to participate in the auctions you must register on our website and pay the deposit. Once you have completed these two steps you can access the bidding list and place your bids on the machines you are interested in.
What is the increase in bids?
Bids will be increased by a fixed and constant amount for each bid placed. The increment will depend on the type of machine and your starting bid and can vary between €100, €250, €500, €1,000 and €1,500.
- Puja inicial: 0 – 999 €, incremento: 50 €
- Puja inicial: 1.000 – 4.999 €, incremento: 250 €
- Puja inicial: 5.000 – 9.999 €, incremento: 500 €
- Puja inicial: 10.000 – 49.999 €, incremento: 500 €
- Puja inicial: >50.000 €, incremento: 1.000 €
What happens after winning an auction?
When an auction is won, the Maquinza sales team will contact the winning bidder to send them the invoice so that they can make the purchase. All our prices are "Ex Works". We offer you transport management of the machine to the buyer's premises (at the buyer's expense).
What happens if I don't pay for a winning auction?
If payment is not made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the deposit will be forfeited. Furthermore, Maquinza reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate.
