When the auction has ended, if you are the winner, you will receive the proforma invoice and you will have 7 days for payment. When we receive your payment, you will be able to pick up your machine or we will send it to you to the point of Spain that you tell us (transport at the buyer's expense).

About the deposit What is it, how much is it, when is it returned?
The deposit is €1,000, payable by bank transfer or card, to access the auctions. This ensures the security and effectiveness of the bids, preventing fraudulent bids or users. This amount is refunded within 7 days if you do not win any auction or if you do not bid. Conversely, if you win the auction, the deposit amount will be deducted from the total price of the machine.
The payment is 100% secure and the recovery of the amount is guaranteed.
If you are a winner, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price of a corresponding lot.

Can I see the machines before I bid on them?
Yes, if you want to see a machine before you buy it. contact us to make an appointment in the delegation where it is located. Remember that each machine has a specific location that you can consult in its file.
What is the increase in bids?
Bids will be increased by a fixed and constant amount for each bid placed. The increment will depend on the type of machine and your starting bid and can vary between €100, €250, €500, €1,000 and €1,500.
- Starting bid: 0 - 999 €, increment: 100 €.
- Starting bid: 1.000 - 4.999 €, increase: 250 €.
- Starting bid: 5.000 - 9.999 €, increase: 500 €.
- Starting bid: 10.000 - 49.999 €, increase: 1.000 €.
- Starting bid: >50.000 €, increase: 1.500 €.

What happens after winning an auction?
When an auction is won, the Maquinza sales team will contact the winning bidder to send them the invoice so that they can make the purchase. All our prices are "Ex Works". We offer you transport management of the machine to the buyer's premises (at the buyer's expense).
What happens if I don't pay for a winning auction?
If payment is not made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the deposit will be forfeited. Furthermore, Maquinza reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate.
