When the auction has ended, if you are the winner, you will receive the proforma invoice and you will have 7 days for payment. When we receive your payment, you will be able to pick up your machine or we will send it to you to the point of Spain that you tell us (transport at the buyer's expense).

About the deposit What is it, how much is it, when is it returned?
La fianza es un importe de 1.000 € que se abona por transferencia o tarjeta para poder acceder a las subastas. Esto garantiza la seguridad de las pujas y su efectividad, evitando casos de pujas o usuarios fraudulentos. Este importe se devuelve en un plazo de 7 días si no resultas ganador de ninguna subasta o si no pujas. Por el contrario, si ganas la subasta, el importe de la fianza será descontado del importe total de la máquina.
El pago es 100% seguro y se garantiza la recuperación del importe.
En caso de resultar ganador el importe se descontará del precio de compra de un lote correspondiente.

What is the increase in bids?
Bids will be increased by a fixed and constant amount for each bid placed. The increment will depend on the type of machine and your starting bid and can vary between €100, €250, €500, €1,000 and €1,500.
- Starting bid: 0 - 999 €, increment: 100 €.
- Starting bid: 1.000 - 4.999 €, increase: 250 €.
- Starting bid: 5.000 - 9.999 €, increase: 500 €.
- Starting bid: 10.000 - 49.999 €, increase: 1.000 €.
- Starting bid: >50.000 €, increase: 1.500 €.

What happens after winning an auction?
When an auction is won, the Maquinza sales team will contact the winning bidder to send them the invoice so that they can make the purchase. All our prices are "Ex Works". We offer you transport management of the machine to the buyer's premises (at the buyer's expense).
What happens if I don't pay for a winning auction?
If payment is not made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the deposit will be forfeited. Furthermore, Maquinza reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate.
